4. We can give reliable information regarding cir- culations and the classes among which the papers circulate.
5. We can quote the lowest advertisement charges, either in sterling or Hongkong currency for any one paper, or series of papers; charges far below any which the individual advertiser would be called upon to pay.
6. We have a thoroughly competent Chinese staff, including a number of well-trained and highly paid Chinese scholars so that we can undertake, and guarantee, any translation work.
